Policy Changes:
- No Show or Late Cancelation Fees –
- ForeverNow requires a 2-hour cancelation notice. Failure to notify results in a $50 No-Show Fee or 30 Minutes deducted from your current package. This will be enforced with exceptions.
- Reasonable excuses will not be penalized. For example, if you get into a car accident on the way to the appointment, you will not be charged. A medical or family emergency that requires your immediate attention will be excused as long as you communicate with me. Life happens and sometimes you can’t make it no matter how hard you try. You will not be penalized for occurrences like these. I have had to cancel on my end due to extreme family medical issues. It happens.
- Unreasonable excuses or failure to even communicate will result in this penalty.
- Package and Certificate Expirations-
- Massage packages were designed to provide lower-cost massages in such a way that built habitual self-care activity. The time limits were set up to encourage consistent use. Up till now, packages expired 6 months from purchase. Packages will now expire one year after purchase.
- If you can’t use your package time up with that year, you have some options:
- Share the time with friends and family. Charge them the same low price you paid so you don’t lose any money or give out the time as gifts.
- Give me a call or text me with your concerns. If reasonable, I will extend your time out for 2 months so you can use the time up.
- Gift certificates continue to expire one year after purchase.
- Packages will begin covering massages AND coaching services beginning April 15, 2024. A 30-minute coaching session will equal 30 minutes of package time.
